Chiken Teriyaki

Ingredients

Chicken thigh 2 lbs
10 baby carrots
1/4 cup soy source
1/4 cup white wine or mirin
1 tablespoon sugar,
1 teaspoon dashi powder

Directions
A few hours before cooking (if you cook it dinner, in the morning),   5min
-Rid the chicken of its smell with paper towels.
-Cut it for easy to eat
-Put all ingredient into a plastic bag, and leave them in the fridge.
When you cook    10min
-Take out all and fry them with sesame oil
-Put the lid, and wait for while chicken has done, you can add other vegetables.
-Open the lid, and boil down few minutes at high heat, slightly burned, it’s done.
